Overview

An #Action Button is configured and placed on the Case record page to close the Case, with the Pre-Action defined. When users click the button, a screen opens with transformed/existing target field values, allowing them to review and edit those values before proceeding with the update.

General Use Case

Use an #Action Button on a record page to run a guided, rules-driven action—optionally showing a pre-action review screen so users can confirm or edit transformed values before execution.
